These Terms govern your use of foreveryaade.store and any purchase you make from Forever Yaade (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

2. Products & personalisation

Our jewellery is made to order with a photo you provide. By uploading a photo you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it. We may decline to produce any content that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive. Because each item is custom-made, slight variations in colour and finish from on-screen images are normal.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel any order arising from such an error.

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when we begin processing it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case any amount paid will be refunded.

5. Cancellations, returns & refunds

Personalised items are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Please read it before ordering.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, and branding — belongs to Forever Yaade and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
