Refund & Return Policy

Every Forever Yaade piece is custom-made with your personal photo, so our return policy is designed around personalised products. We want you to love your order — here is how we handle issues.
1. Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you in full. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. Personalised items
Because each piece is made to order with your chosen photo, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, or for errors in the photo or details you submitted. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
3. How to request a replacement or refund
- Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos showing the problem.
- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; for Cash on Delivery orders we will arrange a bank/UPI transfer.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they enter production/dispatch. Once an item has been personalised and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
5. Refund timelines
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
